Guidelines for authors, journalists, and contributors interested in publishing with Uday Bharat Magazine.
General Guidelines
Uday Bharat invite writers, researchers, academicians, practitioners, and enthusiasts to contribute original and impactful content. Before submitting, kindly review the following guidelines to ensure your work aligns with our objectives and standards.
We welcome submissions under the following categories:
1. General Articles
Focused on delivering insightful perspectives and practical knowledge across disciplines such as agriculture, science & technology, health, environment, and social issues. Word Limit: 1,500 to 3,000 words Format: Calibri, 12 pt, single-spaced
- Author(s) and Affiliation(s)
- Abstract (150–200 words)
- Keywords (up to 5)
- Introduction
- Main Content (divided into sections with headings)
- Conclusion/Call to Action
- References (if applicable)
Note
Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we may not be able to respond to all submissions. If we are interested in your work, we will contact you within 4-6 weeks.
Content Types & Specifications
We accept the following types of submissions:
2. Short Reports & Communications
Concise updates, innovative approaches, or findings in any relevant field. Word Limit: 800 to 1,000 words Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced
3. Tips and Insights
Practical tips, expert advice, or industry best practices aimed at empowering readers with actionable knowledge. Word Limit: 800–1,000 words
4. Recent Advancements
Updates on groundbreaking developments or emerging trends in science, technology, agriculture, or societal impact. Word Limit: 1,000–2,000 words
5. Creative Contributions
Includes essays, poetry, opinion pieces, or stories that reflect the ethos of Uday Bharat Magazine. Word Limit: 800–1,500 words
Formatting Requirements
File Format: Submissions should be in MS Word (.doc or .docx). Page Margins: 1-inch margin on all sides. Language: Submissions must be in English. Ensure that the language is clear and professional. Images & Graphics: Include high-resolution images or diagrams, if applicable. Attach them separately in .jpg or .png format and indicate their placement within the text.
Submission Process
Step 1: Review Guidelines
Ensure that your submission adheres to the formatting and word count requirements mentioned
above.
Step 2: Fill Out the Submission Form
Click here to fill out the submission form. Provide accurate details such as your name,
affiliation, contact information, and submission title.
Step 3: Upload Your Work
Attach your article or report in MS Word format. If your submission includes images or
supplementary materials, upload them separately in the designated section of the form.
Step 4After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number for your
submission.

Important Notes
To ensure your submission can be processed efficiently, please follow these formatting guidelines:
- Submissions must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.
- All submissions will undergo editorial review. Acceptance is subject to the discretion of the editorial board.
- Authors may be asked to revise their submissions before final acceptance.
- By submitting your work, you grant Uday Bharat Magazine the right to publish it in print or online formats.
Image Requirements
If your submission includes images, ensure you have the rights to use them. Include proper credits and captions for each image. We prefer original photography, but if you're using stock images or images from other sources, ensure you have the necessary permissions.
